7.3 In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result registered on the beatpkr server, the server record shall be deemed conclusive.

7.5 For sports betting markets, beatpkr's trading team reserves the right to suspend markets, limit maximum stakes on specific accounts, and settle markets in accordance with the official results as declared by the relevant governing body of the sport in question.

Scheduled and emergency maintenance may cause temporary unavailability. beatpkr will use reasonable endeavours to minimise Platform downtime and to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.
12.3 In the event of a technical fault that results in a game or bet outcome being determined incorrectly, beatpkr's liability shall be limited to refunding the original stake amount to your Account balance.
12.4 Nothing in these Terms limits beatpkr's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
13.1 You may close your beatpkr Account at any time by submitting a request through the Platform's live chat support channel. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any Real Money Balance remaining in your Account at the time of closure request will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
